MY BOOK FUTURE PROOF IS LIVE. AND I'M NOT THE SAME PERSON WHO STARTED WRITING IT.

The real story behind 2 years of intense research and personal transformation.

The Questions that haunted me.

What if I was wrong? What if no one cared? What if I'd spent years chasing something that would disappear into the void of forgotten attempts?

For months, these questions kept me awake at night. Two years of research, lots of interviews, countless adventures—what if none of it mattered?

Then something shifted. And that shift changed everything.

Instead of running from fear, I decided to use it as my laboratory.

If I was going to write about change, I was going to live it. Fully. Wildly. Completely.

So I did things that made no logical sense for a "serious" business woman:

I climbed mountains with world renowned alpinists - learning how they make life-or-death decisions when everything is uncertain

I hiked with the Tarahumara - studying a culture that's mastered adaptation over centuries

I learned to kitesurf - embracing the humiliation of being a complete beginner again

I shook off my resistance to AI, teach myself to use it and became an AI educator.

I’m started to learn to be a pilot - because nothing teaches you about overcoming fear like flying

The Research That Rewired My Brain

But it wasn't just the adrenaline adventures. I became obsessed.

I interviewed over 50 people. Neuroscientists, serial entrepreneurs, hypnotherapists, Fortune 500 CEOs, psychologists, extreme athletes. Anyone who had cracked the code on thriving through uncertainty.

Each conversation changed me.

The neuroscientist who explained why our brains fight change taught me to be more understanding of my own resistance.

The serial entrepreneur who showed me that iteration is a life philosophy.

The Tarahumara runners who revealed that endurance is about finding flow in discomfort.

The Moment Everything Clicked

Somewhere between learning to read the wind for kitesurfing and understanding neural pathways, I realized something profound:

I wasn't just writing about change. I was practicing it.

The woman who was terrified to publish her first book was interviewing world-class experts, learning extreme sports, and pushing every boundary she'd ever set for herself.

I had become the subject of my own research.

What This Book Actually Is

"Future Proof" isn't just a compilation of interviews and frameworks. It's a love letter to human adaptability.

Every page contains something I learned while pushing my own edges:

  • The cognitive biases I discovered in myself while I was preparing for my first open water swim.

  • The reaction patterns I mapped during my ice bath immersions.

  • The changeability practices I developed doing my first multi-pitch rock climb in Rio de Janeiro.

This book is what happens when a self-proclaimed change addict decides to practice what she preaches.

The Doors That Are Opening

Here's what amazes me most: The terror I felt about publishing has transformed into the most incredible excitement.

Because now I see what's possible.

The TED talk I've dreamed of giving? Now it feels inevitable, not impossible.

The speaking stages I was too scared to imagine? They're calling.

The global impact I hoped for but didn't dare expect? It's happening.

That's what happens when you stop running from change and start sprinting towards it.

FUTURE PROOF IS LAUNCHED

Today, "Future Proof" is live. And I'm not terrified anymore. I'm exhilarated.

Because everything I put myself through—every uncomfortable interview, every scary adventure, every moment of impostor syndrome—led to this moment.

The book you're about to read isn't just a compilation of my research. It's transformation in action.

If I did it, so can you.

The frameworks inside aren't theoretical. They're battle-tested on mountains, in boardrooms, on stages, on water, and in the air. They work because I lived them.

The Adventure Begins Now

But here's what I really want to know: What terrifies you most about the change you're facing right now? And what would become possible if you transformed that terror into fuel?

The future belongs to those brave enough to change. Are you ready to join us?
